So how do you get amtrak to test the Engineer scheduled to take 14 out of Klamath Falls oregon on april 22. Some one needs to have him blow in the breathalizer. He spends all night in the bar.

Maybe you should talk to him about Operation Red Flag. If he's resistant to your suggestion, you should speak to your crew base supervisor.
