Between NYP and Albany, the Lake Shore Limited (LSL) has a diner only as its food service car. Between Boston and Albany the LSL has just a cafe car as its food service car. All join to form one train in Albany.

There is one baggage car per section. Therefore, there's one on the front of the train and one on the back once the train is put together in ALB.
