Why else would Mr. Toy be so interested in Amtrak, if it did soothe him after being scorned upon by upset hotel guest, displeased with their audio visual?

The name Amtrak is the blending of the words "American" and "Track". The railroad's official name is the National Railroad Passenger Corporation.

I think this post has been misunderstood by a few people. I was not trying to insult mr.toy, but rather was trying to give him a back hand compliment. Im sorry if ive offended anyone but I thought this post was fun and the only thing related to Amtrak, starting with a M, I could think of was Mr. Toy.
So let me make this very clear I would never insult Mr. Toy, he is a great poster, and I'm sorry if I did.

The only personal attack I found in this thread was the following:

You must have missed this one (I certainly did not):

irishchieftain, thanks for identifying for us polarbearucla's personal attack. I must confess I missed it, though you point out you "certainly did not." But I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that I suspect Mr. Toy did not lose much sleep over this slanderous statement, if he took it as such. His seems to have thick enough skin to handle it.
But I have a question for you, chief. I assume that's you who posts at railfan.net using "irishchieftain" as you do here. At this forum, I recall that you use "no flames please" as your signature line. Now, it seems to me that for one so opposed to flaming and making personal attacks, you do your fair share. Your post on this thread is an example. You also once stated on this forum (3-18-02) about railroad.net that "I did get very tired of its Amtrak forum, what with the combative stance of many posters there." Yet, you seem to be combative on occassion. For example, the only time I can recall anything close to a personal threat made on any forum I visit was authored by you on this one. Let's review. A poster suggested you return to your beloved Dublin if you thought things were so bad here. Your response (9/22/03): "...I'd like to see you try to send me home...or anywhere, if you're tough enough." A little combative, I thought. Also brought back memories of my high school days.
It seems every forum has its own "railcrank." Are you trying to be ours?

Does this mean that Mr. Zephyr countenances double-standards? The "suggestion" that I return to my homeland was worded thusly: "Irishchieftain sounds like a foreigner to me. Go home, boy!" Does that sound any less combative than my response? Sounds more combative to me, not to mention bigoted. (BTW, I and that member have gotten past that, amicably it seems to me.)
Of course, you had to bring this up so I urge you to review it somewhat more closely. And please do not pick on a single member if you are going to focus on this matter.
