I'd go with Coke.

Both. Give people the choice. After all, they serve both red and white wine, so why not a choice of coke?

Problem is, I assume they can get a much better deal on the drink supplies if they sign an exclusive contract with either Coke or Pepsi. (For example, note their plastic cups with both Amtrak and Pepsi logos on them...I assume those are supplied by Pepsi for a very cheap price.)

And given Amtrak's budgetary constraints, my answer is that they should go with whichever company they can get the better deal from.

Personally, I like Coke better, but what's best for me isn't always what's best for Amtrak.
