Today I recevied a call from Amtrak Guest Relations stating that all sleepers have been annuled from Trains 97 and 98 over all or part of the President's Day Weekend. We were offered coach seats. Duh.Was there a recent accident that may have damaged some Viewliners? I find it difficult to believe that Amtral has removed sleepers from the Florida trains at the height of the season.
What can you tell me? Does anyone have an e-mail address for David Gunn?
