for some strange reason, amtrak does not allow one to buy a ticket from spokane to further points west on the empire builder. Anybody know the reason for this?

Is it just a website glitch? Have you tried calling 1-800-USA RAIL and speak with an agent?

well i tried many dates and stations, sometimes it worked, sometimes not. maybe its just a glitch, no i didnt call the phone number.
