From Trains.com: Amtrak's Empire Builder today ressumed normal service westbound from Chicago after operatimg in truncated Minneapolis-St. Paul Service only due to avanches that closed it's BNSF route through Montana last week and severe cold weather across North Dakota and Montana. The Train will resume full service eastbound from Portland and Seattle beginning Today.
