While boarding in Maricopa January 3rd, I witnessed one of the most incredible acts of cool under fire. The coach attendant on the Eagle part of the train was verbally attacked by a passenger that was deboarding. The grace and composure of the lady taking the abuse was truly inspirational. Her offense was waking him up so he could get off at his destination. My hat's off to the lady. I'm just sorry I didn't get her name. I was a pretty incredible trip over the holiday. The Eagle was on time both ways.
