snake Member # 2430	posted Last Monday I called Amtrak Guest Rewards to book a First Class Acela from New York to Washington ticket for later next month. I was advised about the 2-6 PM blackout for departures from New York, and asked for the first available Acela evening departure. the ticket arrived in the mail today, for the 6:00 PM Metroliner.
