Amtrak site says:

The San Joaquins A M E N I T I E S

Sit-down meals, sandwiches, snacks, drinks in the Dining Car; Entertainment and amenities include electrical outlets; Railfone

An electrical outlet is an A M E N I T I E or A M E N I T Y or whatever?

LMAO, anyway is there on at every seat?

Anyone know?

No, it's an A M E N I T Y (applicable dictionary definitions: "something that contributes to physical or material comfort"; "a feature that increases attractiveness or value").

As far as I know, there's only one outlet for each pair of seats, and it's on the wall next to the window seat.
