He is talking about this VERY EXCITING and RARE passenger rail excursion through the Carrizo Gorge in the mountains east of San Diego CA. This is the former San Diego and Arizona Eastern Railroad that was controlled at one time by the large Southern Pacific Railroad (and the railroad empire that once was). I understand that it has been at least 50 ?? YEARS since a passenger train has operated on this line.
