Hey here is this info I got from amtrak.com

The Cost Starlight ahem ahem I mean Coast Sarlate left San Jose at 9:28 PM and is scheduled to arrive LAX at 7:10 AM. Is this late or what? Now why in the world is it running so late? Shoot I bet only railfans are on this late running train or maybe not.

I went to the AMTRAK site to check the Status of the CS and immediately came here to see if anyone else knew more that I did.

We shall see....

Guess is Amtrak is strapped for cash! Better get off and fly lol. Or hopefully not an accident. Only one way to find out is by calling Amtrak and asking.

Oddly enough....#14 is scheduled for an ontime arrival into SAC this evening. It was 4 minutes late into EMY.

Hmm... I guess we're getting the Lark / Spirit of California back after all, if only in the southerly direction...
