I have emailed customer support about this but as yet I have not gotten an answer.
Can I add a SIG with a link to my live journal in my posts?
If so, how do I do it?

No problem.
By the way, any Amtrak coach bathroom can become a shower! Especially the handicapped bathrooms.
I see these at the 99 cents store all the time.
Could be handy on a long run between stop overs.
