I noticed several service disruptions this week and many more than in the past. What's the problem?

#21 has been getting later and later into SAS every day because of UP. One day it arrived an hour before it was supposed to go north. I suspect they cancelled one or two so they could serivce the equipment. The other days it probably just leaves hours late.
