DOes anyone have a good list of the frequensies that amtrak uses in Illinois espcially in Central Illinois? Does anyone have any good stories about taking your rail scanner on board and listening in?

While I have never owned, let alone have ever used, a scanner (as many here have correctly surmised "I'm not all that much" of a railfan), here is a site with helpful information:
