I don't know when these two will resurface, but you all need to know that they arrived in Boston; liked the hotel (Harborside); and had dinner with Nandy and me last night. They got to South Station at 10:15 this morning (Friday) for the 11:00 regional to NYC. Vicki reported to me that they got lunch stuff in the station to carry on the train; she knew which side to sit on (nothing slow about Vicki, BTW; nothing slow about Art, either; he has a great sense of humor). So I guess they're in the "Big Apple" (3 day stay) and then the Silver Service to FLA and cruise home. What a life!

Which Silver Service

The Silver Service that leaves WAS in the evening and gets to FTL the next evening. We have more NEC travel first to PHL and WAS.
The Herald Square Hotel in NY is interesting. Tiny room, nice bathroom, no view for us. Glad we chose close to NYP as the two block trip took 1/2 hour. Traffic a go go.
Will do a report on the NEC after the next two legs.
Thanks Tom for great company, a fine meal and a car ride through the Boston traffic that was memorable.

Vicki/Art--
Great to hear from you from the road/tracks! If you have time ride the Staten Island ferry. Great views and I think it's still free.
Crystal Symphony will be here on Monday doing a 7 night coastal from LA to Vancouver, Do you think we should try to stow away?
Frank in sunny but cool SBA
