Editorial? Seems more like a travelog than a statement of position by a leading newspaper.

Interesting to learn that Rush Loving, author of The Men Who Loved Trains , started his career as a journalist with Times-Dispatch. The noted work is required reading for anyone whose interest in railroad affairs goes beyond that of a hobbyist.

I love the comment from Bob Haugh; I wonder if he would open his perspective to include those services provided by gov't.,paid for by taxpayers, that he doesn't use (welfare, Medicaid?). Where do you draw the line?
