While the C,I,&L (aka Monon) is not shown on the map, it should be evident that such, i.e. Cardinal/Hoosier State, runs N-S through District: https://www.govtrack.us/congress/members/IN/4 One further point of interest; Mr. Rodika held office during the entire time of the Ed Ellis Hoosier State varietal. To what extent he was influential in bringing an outside contractor to the table, I know not.
