And the newest member of heavy rail stations in California, Sun Valley, opened its doors to Metrolink Riders on April 30, 2001 for weekday service, while Saturday service began there on May 5, 2001.

Watch out Orange County, you will be next, when Tustin Opens in August. And wait, there's more for Ventura County, when Montalvo gets its train station this fall.

Next year, its Palmdale and Laguna Niguel, and in 2003, its Buena Park.

And, there's more for San Jose, as the new Cisco Way and Milpitas light rail stations opened on May 20.

On the VTA (San Jose/Sunnyvale) there was also a station under construction on the line somewhere near Lockheed or NASA; I don't recall the precise location. Rebar was in for the platforms.
