Damn, I dont know how I missed this place, I spent months digging up all the travel and train forums I couldnt find.
So alas it's a bit late to get any recruits in here, though we do have 4 Americans on the trip, all youngies and none of them specialist railfans, though there's a rail fan in all of us.
Anyway, we set off in 2 weeks from Mumbai, and get back to Mumbai two weeks later having visited the most westerly, northerly, easterly and southerly extremes of the network in a flat out dash.
