It appears that Eurostar, as reported by the Wall Street Journal, is considering service cuts and whacking 80 positions while laying most of the reason upon Brexit:

Eurostar International Ltd., the operator of the high-speed rail link between Britain and the Continent, said Tuesday it is considering an unspecified number of service reductions.
It cited lower business bookings before and after Britain’s June vote to leave the EU, as well as terror fears by would-be travelers. Eurostar said it was also considering shedding 80 positions to cope with the downturn
