I used the frowny face becasue I have learned that my great uncle's personal effects were never retrieved from the train station. He was a wonderful photographer in Washington DC during the 1940's. He may have even photographed Presidents! I am looking for any information on how to locate his effects. He died in October of 1949. They were sent from Washington DC to Fayetteville, NC. Any ideas??!!

Not sure about the USA, but here they go to Auction after a few years....

Lost and Found Auctions..

How many years would they have had to have them? dont hold yer breathe! but then if they do have them there could be storage fees due!

I wish you all the best in locating them
