Canadian National Corporation purchased IC. With the proposed merger of CN and BNSF, many people are getting nervous about the potential monopoly of what would be, by far, the largest rail network on the continent.

Some years ago I remember that BNSF leased CN engines so I had feeling they want to touch them a little closer this as of now.
