Has anyone else had recent problems with film sent to A&I Labs in Hollywood, CA? I have sent them 3 rolls in the last month, all mailed at different times and places. They say two of them never arrived and the third arrived 20 days after I mailed it. This must be a systematic problem, not a coincidence. I don't know whether the problem is with A&I or the Post Office, but beware. If you have had a problem, let me know, and be sure to file a lost mail form at the Post Office. Also, call 800-275-8777 and ask to talk to the Delivery Supervisor at zip code 90038; they seem interested in trying to help. I have had good results and reasonable service from A&I in the previous few months. Of the hundreds of rolls I have sent to Kodak, Fuji, and now A&I over the last 25 years, these are the first rolls I have had transit problems with.
