I am trying to find HO scale locomotives that make smoke and perform whistle/bell functions. Are there any?

Bachman makes some smokers, mostly their older stuff, not the Spectrim line. For the bell and whistle you will have to add a soundsystem though. No one that I know of makes a steamer with all three....Mike..

Model Power makes a smoke generator you can add on. I'm not familiar with anybody that offers bells and whistles in HO, on-board.
You can buy separate bell/whistle boxes, but I've not tried them.

There are not currently any locos that come with sound installed--can't figure why with digital recording the way it is. However, there are several good sound units out there.
Sound traxx makes a good product, there is also one called sound master, although personaly I'm not that impressed with this ones sound. Probably the best for the price that I've found is manufactured by Smallscale Railways. I don't have the website handy, butyou can find them on most search engines. They have quite a selection and the sound quality and features are great.
I have 2 of their units and am very pleased.
Hope this helps,
Scott
