How well would an O-31 freight car run on an O-27 gauge track? Curves?

Yes the 31 refers to the radius of the track circle that this set makes O-27 has a 27 inch radius and O-72 will have a 72 inch radius.HTH.Mike

The major problem that may occur is that O-31 cars are USUALLY (but not always) longer than O-27 card, and may cause problems going thru switches due to the longer hang-over on curves.
