Trying to find source for wiring and controlling HO scale WYE turn around. Any ideas????

Welcome to the Forum!!
A good source for all such wiring questions is "Basic Wiring for Model Railroads" printed by Kalmbach Publishing. You can find them on the web at http://www.kalmbach.com Generally you need insulated gaps between each arm of the Y to avoid a short. Thus, if using block control, each arm becomes its own block. This is also good because if you have more than one train in the Y, there is no chance of running one into the other. Good Luck and Happy Modeling!! John

He is correct. I currently use DPDT switches for my block control. Atlas I think makes good quality plastic connectors for the track, and when painted they will bend into the rail well.
I always suggest DPDT switches. Once you learn how to wire them, they are a simple, cost effective way of controlling your trains.

Thanks, I also use these but can't figure the best combo to assure easy operation and block protection. I am attempting to set one switch position and change all turnouts at once. Ideas?

Atlas sells a DPTD SPECIFICALLY for Y turnouts. Check the Atlas website at: http://www.atlasrr.com I think these are the best for non-DCC controlled railroads. Happy Modeling! John
