Just another CSX SD40-2 rumbling out of the Pass at South Muncie on the old C&O (now gone). Have a look. Digital camera, little photoshop, and upload. http://www.trainweb.org/cior/modelrr/csx-8485-leaving-pass.jpg Posted by richarddschivley (Member # 274) on :
Throttle Jockey: Great Picture! I've been wanting to post some pictures on the Train Web site, myself. Can you tell me if the address you show in this post of your's, would work for me as well? Where did you pick up your signals? They really give the scene the finishing touch!! Happy modeling. Richard

Richard, I have my own personal website called "Central Indiana & Ohio Railfan". I have photos that I have taken over the years (while not working on the railroad). You can get your own website, and be able to upload pics on the net, it isn't to hard to do. there are several free places, like www.tripod.comwww.freeservers.com and so on.
My signals in the photo are Tomar, they are C&O Style and really well built (at $20) they are great. Walthers has them, but I would suggest looking at train shows for them, as they are cheaper there. Oregon has them too, but you have to assemble theirs.

The layout is HO Scale. The layout isn't done, there is still a small section to finish off, and most of the buildings are far from complete. I just work on it, when I feel like it. I will post more photos as I get time. I have been working on this layout about a full year now.

I ran the NS New Castle District/Fostoria District and Frankfort District, never got over to Columbus, but my seniority held the Sandusky/Columbus Districts.
