Does anyone know how to apply the decals that come with Railworks imported brass models? From what I understand they combine waterslide decals with dry transfers. You position the decal like a conventional decal and after the decal dries you are able to peal the film away leaving the lettering. What I don't know is if any of the conventional setting solutions are required for this process. Does anyone have step-by-step instructions? What companies manufacture these?
