A friend brought me an O gauge tinplate loco and car wondering if I could get it running. It belonged to his father and was purchased about 1935. The only markings on the locomotive are "Comodor Vanderbilt" along the jacket, and a "Ney York Central" hearald on the front under the light. Anyone out there have any idea of the manufacturer, or any history? If you have further contacts or info you can e-mail me at millcstl1@mindspring.com Thanks, Scott Remember the Rio Grande!
