How many cars should a Lionel 4-6-4 Hudson with magnetrac be able to pull on a no grade oval?

It should have no problem with 20-25 cars. When I was curator on Rochester, NY's historic PAL layouts we had a 2046 pulling 20 card, including up a 7% grade with no problems.
