Recent storms also did damage to the rail
line of the Fillmore & Western Railway, re-
selting in the canceling of all trains. Cleanup and repairs was started on 1/12/05,
and should be completed at the end of the
month. There is photographs of the storm
damage on their website, at fwry.com.
I will be up their at the railfest, March 19 and 20.

Not surprising. The state highway that runs along the same route was closed for several days due to flooding. Hope they get opened soon (and get the extension to Piru up and running)
