I have applied to Union Pacific, BNSF, and Norfolk Southern for a variety of positions. From Shop Laborer to IT positions. I have heard nothing back and all of my UP applications still show "still under review". Every position I have applied for I either have experience in or am able to perform the duties. Any suggestons? Its been a month now...
