Hi everyone,
I just wanted to share with you guys about my trip today on the Overland Trail from Los Angeles to San Diego. All I can say is FANTASTIC ride. I was always a great fan of Pullman cars. This car is great. The service was exceptional. The owner Mr. Bill Hatrick (hope I spelled it right) has maintained this lovely car in a great condition. Interior is awsome. Snacks were very good. On this run there were few war veterans. Some of them gave speech also. One thing I would like to mention is about the "Barber Shop" on this railcar. He boarded the train at Santa Ana depot. I was amazed that Overland Trail still has kept this tradition going.
Great railcar with exceptional service.
