Rail Quarterly is a newish rail magazine in English, printed in France as part of the Le Rail group. We are now looking for voluntary writers on rail, light rail, tram developments and matters in a number of countries. Articles and news items, rail intelligence, etc. welcomed. I look forward to hearing from interested parties.
