Hey Alvin
I lived on Castle Hill near 12th and Lamar from 81-93. When Whole Foods had just the one store in Austin, let alone anywhere else. Rode Amtrak to St Louis and back regularly. Plastic utensil and tray meal days.
Used to be a lot of hobo camps along the tracks in West and South Austin. Say hello to the Broken Spoke for me.
