I am so happy to find this website. It has already answered two questions about an upcoming trip. My wife and I used to travel by train when we had kids who needed to move around a bit. That was 30 years ago and our bucket list included a train trip west. We will drive to KC, then train west: Albuquerque,Grand Canyon LA, Seattle, Bellingham, Chicago and KC. We have roomettes where applicable.
