I am just interested in seeing a map of the whole line.

Got maps but no scanner. Suggest you dig up Stindt's books on the subject or even DeLorme or other state maps showing railroads.

P.S.
L.A. Times included a map of the line in its April 22 article about the road, available in your local library or their internet site.

Thanks! I also was out at the tracks today with a friend and ran into a guy who lived in a caboose part time on the line and we asked lots of questions He said there were many reasions the line was closed back 2 and a half years ago. One thing was the track condition was getting bad but the old wood bridges too were getting weak but the biggest problem is what mainly closed the line was only 20% of the signals were working fully correctly, the signals here in sonoma were only working half the time the trains were runing threw and crossing the tracks became a death trap. and in many other places along the line, Luckly no cars were ever hit but a few nearly got smashed from trains because of signals failing to start. When i was walking on the line, the tracks were shineing very good just like the good old days
