I am new to this BBS but I think I may have found some sympathetic folks here. We are attempting to restore an old Virginia & Truckee RR tunnel built in 1872.I need some help from all you RR guys. I need ideas, funding sources (TEA-21 experts), fund raising with private varnish or any other ideas you may have.
I am soliciting ideas, comments, suggestions and input from you, the experts.
