Here's what I know:

On August 31, 1922 Electro-Motive Corporation was formed by Harold L.Hamilton and Paul Turner.

Hamilton was General Machinery Corp. formed in 1928 by merger of Hoover, Owens, Rentscher Company and Niles Tool Works. Hoover, Owens, Rentscher built diesel engines in Hamilton, Ohio
since 1923.

Who was Paul Turner?? Anybody have bio info?
