Can anyone out there tell me which route the CSX juice train follows between Atlanta and Cincinnati (that is, whether via Corbin or what)?

According to Trains Magazine, Crews change at Atlanta, Etowah, Corbin and Cincy; hope that helps.

I know that it takes the fork that goes straight to Knoxville in Cartersville, GA. This line goes through some beautiful mountainous scenery, and I saw one of these magnificent trains on my way to a hike in Chatsworth, GA.
I hope that helps too.

For those wondering what is being discussed, here's a view from my front yard of the main CSX line 8 miles north of Ocala, Florida:

I guess I should have mentioned that the partial building showing is our barn, not the house! And the distance to the track is just about 1000 feet ... close enough to see engine numbers but far enough that there is minimal track noise. In fact, some trains are so quiet you need to look up to know it's passing. (The new, welded rail and over half a mile to grade crossings also helps...)
The coolest thing is working outside and seeing Amtrak go by (regular schedule is 2 a day in at roughly 1 and 4 AM) when late. A couple of times (like the AutoTrain wreck last year) they've routed the Sunset Limited through here ... THAT is really cool.
